Frank Broome scores a hat-trick as Villa participate in their fourth official fixture of the 1945-46 season in the fourth round of the FA Cup which for this campaign will be played as mandatory double headers, home and away, with the aggregate score over both legs deciding which team will progress. 

Villa hit nine to beat Division Two side Millwall 13-3 on aggregate and progress to the fifth round.
