Villa ship six in a City Ground horror show to make it five defeats in six, conceding fourteen, prompting Graham Turner's long overdue dismissal.
Yet the implicated Chairman survives.
Graham Turner's ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ Villa had now won just seven of their last thirty three league games, losing seventeen including this 6-0 embarrassment.
This was to prove Turnerโs last game in charge of Villa as the senseless strategy of Herbert Doug Ellis, to prematurely and wilfully dismantle the league title and European Cup winning team, paid its inevitable dividends.
