Player #91 for Aston Villa, David Frederick Skea, known as David Skea, played as a forward for the club in the inside forward position.
David represented Villa in the 1892-93 season making a single appearance for the club.
David was born in Arbroath in February 1871 and made his sole appearance as a 21 year old on 31st December 1892, in the 4-1 win against Notts County at Trent Bridge in which David would also go on to score a goal.
Villa had signed David from Arbroath and he was to return to Scotland to play for Dundee Thistle following his single appearance for Villa.
David played under the George Ramsay led Management Committee.
David passed away in Scotland in 1950 aged 79.

After an even first half Villa put on a blistering performance in the second 45' to hit three with only the woodwork and County's 'keeper stemming the tide.
The fourth and final goal goes to forward David Skea who scored on his sole appearance for Villa aged 21 after joining from Arbroath. Skea would later move on to Dundee Thistle.
